Application scope:
This wheelset brake disc assembly line is mainly used for the assembly work of the wheelset brake disc for railway passenger cars / coaches. It can achieve the automatic pre-assembly and assembly of the wheelset brake disc.

The Wheelset brake disc Assembly Cell consists of:

• 1 set of wheelset brake disc pre-assembly machine
• 1 set of double cylinder wheelset brake disc press machine
• 1 set of Axle conveyor device
• 1 set of Hydraulic system
• 1 set of Electrical control system

Main Features:

• The wheel set assembly line includes one set of pre-assembly machine, wheel brake disc press machine and axle conveyor.
• The assembly line is of compact and reasonable structure design, with complete functions, simple and convenient operation, and can achieve seamless connection with the next process facilities.
• The wheel brake disc press machine is of overall gantry frame structure design, with high strength and good rigidity.
• Double cylindrical ram for brake disc pressing. The ram is replaceable to suitable for the pressing of the brake disc with different sizes.
• Special patented centring mechanisms for center hole positioning.
• The brake disc press machine can generate, record, save and print the pressing curve (displacement vs pressure) in the required format.
• Data storage and historical data query.
• Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial computer to control and monitor the operation.
• The machine is a new equipment (including all parts, components and accessories), and manufactured with new high-quality materials. The mechanical components used is a series of advanced, high quality, reliable and practical products, and conforms with relevant international standards.
• Metal components of equipment and instruments are rustproof and painted except machining surface and electroplating surface.
• All devices and meters are measured in accordance with the international system of units (SI) standards. The design, manufacture and tests of the equipment and meters conform to international industrial standards (ISO) and International Electrotechnical standards (IEC). The protection grade of all electrical components is not less than IP54.
